- What are Ponto's fees?
- Ponto charges transaction based fees where users are charged a percentage of the transaction size, subject to minimum fees. The fees will be displayed to anyone using an application that is powered by Ponto. Typical fees include processing fees (based on ACH or debit funding or withdrawl) and Ponto's commission fees for maintaining our payment infrastructe. Ponto's fees will always be clearly displayed to the user before confirming any transactions.

- Small percentage of the transaction amount to Ponto to maintain payment infrastructure
- Network Fees
- Percentage varied depending upon the payment type (ACH or debit) and network facilitating the payment.
- Gas Fees (if applicable)
- A gas fee is a unit of measure that all users must pay in order to perform any function on the Ethereum blockchain. Gas fees depend on the traffic level and the asset being utilized. Think of the blockchain as a highway with a toll. The more traffic on the highway, the higher the toll to take the express lanes. On the blockchain, the more people doing transactions require the network to work harder resulting in a higher gas fee.

- What are Ponto’s transaction limits?
- Transaction limits define the amount of funds that can be initiated by a user daily, per week and monthly. This limit will depend upon which partner you have an account with. Please check with the Ponto partner you have created an account with. If you are unsure you can reach out to us at support@ponto.org for additional help.
- Can I get a refund on my purchase?
- Users can submit a refund request within 30 minutes of initiating a transfer to support@ponto.org. This is only available for fiat remittances and individual users. We do not offer refunds for digital currencies or commercial or business account users. Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
